i found the reception service available 24-hour was helpful for my late arrival. it was thoughtful because i mentioned i had walking troubles. i appreciate the staff considered my needs at 11:30 p.m. i appreciate the staff considered my needs at that late hour.
the room was generally great. the flooring had some chipping. the toilet had a slight odor.

i found the staff very helpful on both arrival and departure. the double bedroom and bathroom were very big and the interior was very luxury!!! i enjoyed my stay very much!
the hotel is on a main road, which got quite noisy at night. cars raced up and down. it would be nice to have better soundproofing.

the hotel is near supermarkets, bakeries and several restaurants. the train station is just a short walk away. it was very easy to get around the city. what a lovely area!
